to support the retina,

walls. It must be consumed in the diet.

- Selenium is thought
to help breakdown harmful
cell damaging peroxides and help protect white blood cells that
fight infection and may help lower blood pressure.

- The retina is aided by the
carotene, Lutein, and
Beta carotene which supply the
body with vital supplies of Vitamin A which supports the retina's
