BILBERRY, RED GRAPE SKIN, BIOFLAVONOIDS
are doctor recommended for vision, eye health including macular
degeneration and glaucoma.
Bilberry fruit

found in high elevations of Arizona and New Mexico and sparsely farther
north. The doctor recommended, Bilberry, is also called European blueberry. Plant derived flavonoids, anthocyanisides are found in pigmented fruit.

Reviewers of
published studies concluded "that there was sufficient potential for
benefit to warrant further trials of anthocyanoside extracts for patients
with poor night vision and other visual difficulties... No adverse events
were reported in any of the trials".

cerebral vascular and ocular circulation. Also, bilberry fruit is

tendons, joints and ligaments.
Balch, P. and Balch, J. PRESCRIPTION FOR
NUTRITIONAL HEALING, New York, NY: Avery, 2000. bilberry
Bilberry fruit is thought to act as an
anti-microbial agent inhibiting growth of bacteria and is useful against
intestinal tract disorders. Bilberry fruit may be used in place of
cranberry juice concentrate for urinary tract infections and is milder on
the stomach. Bilberry has been used as a mouthwash for ulcers and
sores of the mouth.
Red grape skin extract (Vitis vinifera)
is, also, a source of anthocyanidins. Citrus bioflavonoids are
thought to be a defense against free radical damage.
